HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER? WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

Returns must be postmarked within the money-back guarantee period so if you need to return an item it is necessary to email us for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA #). Remember that while the cost of the product is refundable shipping and handling is not.

2. Write your RA# on your packing slip

3. Box the item(s) with this packing slip, and attach your mailing label to the box

4. Return the box using any carrier your wish (US Mail, UPS, FEDEX, etc) Return postage is your responsibility, and we strongly recommend getting a tracking number as proof you sent the package back.. Our return address is:

6. We process all returns within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please allow 7 days to see the refund on your monthly credit card statement

7. Late returns, returns without RA#, refused deliveries, return-to-sender and cash-on-deliveries (CODs) are not excepted
